The Brilliant name has become synonymous with market leading design and quality. When designing NEWDAWN we set ourselves the task of creating a practical fireplace with the widest possible landscape proportions - a blend of beauty and function. It had to be totally contemporary yet unquestionably Brilliant and made from Corian in the full range of 100 colours. It had to be available in a choice of any of our 5 fuel effects at no extra cost and offered with either the standard manual control or the optional, fully automatic remote control. All this had to be achieved without compromising the design and at an affordable price. The result exceeded all our expectations. |
There’s nothing quite like the luxury of Corian. DuPont Corian is the solid surface material we use in all our fireplaces. It
has been in use for over thirty years in expensive kitchens, bathrooms and hospital operating theatres. Brilliant developed the use of Corian for eplace design in May 2000 and has the exclusive manufacturing rights. NEWDAWN is our latest design and is a strategic leap forward in Corian manufacturing, enabling us to reduce the cost of our fireplaces and yet
retain all the qualities and precision Brilliant products are renowned for. NEWDAWN is manufactured to the highest standards under very controlled conditions, see opposite. Advanced CAD systems enable us to ccurately develop our fireplace designs. CNC machinery accurately cuts the Corian sheet to very tight tolerances. Specially designed machinery orms the edges of the Corian surround. Every NEWDAWN surround goes through five hand finishing an polishing stages to complete the Corian process.
